EL valle sagrado de los incas comienza con el recojo a partir de las 08:30 a.m. Recojo de su hotel para dar inicio a nuestro tour del Valle Sagrado de los Incas, estaremos dejando la ciudad para atravesar el parque arqueológico de Sacsahuaman y llegar al mirador de Taray, amplio mirador desde donde se divisa las hermosas terrazas inkas y los actuales terrenos de cultivo las cuales rodean el rio sagrado de los inkas «Willcamayuc», más tarde visitamos el Parque arqueológico de Pisaq, además visitaremos el mercado indígena de Pisaq la cual es muy colorida ya que los pobladores locales se acercan para expender o adquirid productos locales que la población necesita.

El mercado indígena de Pisaq es el mejor lugar para hacer las compras de artesanía y suvenires. Al cabo de un tiempo libre continuaremos nuestro viaje rumbo a Ollantaytambo, conocida como la última ciudad inka viviente.

Ollantaytambo: nos recuerda a una mítica historia de Amor, drama que hace prevalecer el amor ante todo obstáculo, se cree que esta ciudad fue construida por el General Inka Ollantay en un momento de rebeldía contra el ejército real del Inka al impedirle su unión ante la bella princesa Cusi Qoyllor «estrella hermosa».

DESCRIPCION DE CUSCO:

VIAJES AL QORICANCHA.- El Templo del Sol, situado sobre el cerro W, y el convento, en el extremo oeste de la ciudad son los unicos edificios prominentes de la antigua urbe de Pachacamac que datan del periodo incaico. El Templo del Sol ha sido descrito con mayor frecuencia como ningun monumento de la ciudad antigua; con todo, hasta hoy solo existe un plano de el y cuatro o cinco vistas tomadas por George Squier que, sin embargo, no dan idea adecuada del edificio.

VIAJES A SACSAYHUAMAN.- La fortaleza de Sacsayhuaman es un conjunto de edificaciones que se encuentran en la parte alta de la Ciudad del Cusco, sobre los 3.600 m sobre el nivel del mar, de acuerdo a las tradiciones locales, Sacsayhuaman era parte de la Ciudad del Cusco.

Como se sabe Pachacutec al hacer un nuevo trazado de la ciudad le otorga la forma del puma, animal considerado sagrado o deidad tutelar del Inca.Dentro de este trazado zoomorfico, Sacsayhuaman vendria a ser la cabeza del puma.

VIAJES A QENQO.- En un inmenso promontorio rocoso tallado de escalones, hoyos y canaletas, seguramente hecho para depositar la chicha (bebida de maiz) que se consumia en los rituales incas.

Integra este sitio, un patio semicircular definido por un parametro isometrico con varios nichos grandes que circulan a una piedra o wanka de poco espesor encerrada en un recinto, es una suerte de imagen dentro de su propia capilla. UBICACION (3580 m.s.n.m)

VIAJES A PUCA PUCARA.- La voz proviene de la palabra en quechua » PUCA» que significa rojo, y »PUCARA» que significa fortaleza o lugar defendido.

Efectivamente, las piedras del lugar son rojizas y asi se explica su nombre, pero el sitio no parece haber sido una fortaleza.

VIAJES A TAMBOMACHAY.- El sitio arqueologico de Tambomachay se encuentra a 8 km (15 minuntos) al Cusco, por carretera asfaltada, y a 1 km de Puca Pucara. Se ubica en las faldas de un cerro cerca del camino principal al Antisuyo, sobre el rio Tambomachay. Tambien se le conoce como el Tambo de la Caverna y ocupa un area de 437 metros cuadrados, ubicado sobre los 3.700 metros de altitud.

VIAJES AL VALLE SAGRADO DE LOS INCAS.- El Valle Sagrado, con el Cusco fueron el centro del universo inca, su clima, sus excelentes tierras, el Rio Urubamba que lo atraviesa a lo largo de 100 kms, sus diferentes altitudes y pisos ecologicos crearon las condiciones para que este valle fuese la despensa alimentaria y el lugar de descsanso de la corte incaica.

VIAJES A PISAC.- El parque de pisac se ubica a 33 km de distancia al este de la ciudad de Cusco. Puerta de entrada al Valle de Urubamba, Pisac es un pintoresco pueblo de características mestizas y coloniales. Sea parte de las costumbres locales departiendo con sus comunidades y disfrutando de las artesanías en el tradicional mercado donde podrá encontrar diversos objetos y tejidos de la zona. Otro de los atractivos de Pisac es su iglesia de origen colonial en donde se celebran misas en quechua con la presencia de los Varayocs, las autoridades locales.
