Salkantay Trek a Machu Picchu 4 dias con retorno en tren último día
Salkantay Trek Dia 1:
Cusco – Mollepata – Challacancha – Soraypampa Trek – Lago Humantay – distancia 12 klm (5 horas de viaje)
Entre 4:20a.m. a 4:50a.m. recogeremos de su hotel – Cusco en nuestro bus turistico, luego nos dirigiremos en un viaje al pueblo de Mollepata (altura de 2900mt-9514 pies) que está a una distancia de 2.horas aproximadamente desde la ciudad de Cusco, donde tomaremos un descanso de unos 20 minutos donde puede prepararse con suministros de última hora o cualquier cosa que haya olvidado en la ciudad (agua, poncho de lluvia, repelente de insectos, etc.).
Luego continuaremos nuestro viaje hacia el lugar de Challacancha, que es el comienzo de la caminata (altura de 3600 mt-11500 ft.); Luego tendremos 5 horas de viaje por el camino hasta llegar a la base del campamento llamado Soraypampa (altura 3912 mt -12834 ft.); donde tendremos un almuerzo disfrutando de la vista panorámica de montañas, respirar el aire delgado de montañas y su geografía como el nevado de Humantay (4200 mt-13779 ft) y también el nevado del Salkantay trek (6271 mt-20575 ft), después de un descanso del trek realizaremos un acenso durante 1 hora de caminata hacia la laguna Humantay y luego regresaremos a la base del campamento donde tendremos el tiempo de toma un té y también la cena.
Salkantay Trek Dia 2:
Soraypampa – Paso Salkantay – Huayrapunku – Chaullay – distancia 22 km (9 horas de viaje)
Este es el día más difícil de la caminata, por esta razón nos levantamos 5:00 a.m. y el desayuno será 5:30 a.m. nuestro trek comenzará 6:00 a.m.; «Sin embargo, despertarse al amanecer en medio de las extensas praderas de Soraypampa, el sol que ilumina los picos andinos de las montañas que brotan desde atrás lo convierte en un comienzo energizante y fascinante para un buen día de caminata».
Ahora hacemos un ascenso al paso dura 3 a 4 horas de caminata por el camino hasta llegar al paso del Salkantay (altura 4630 mt-15190 ft) «Aunque el aire es escaso y es empinado en el trek»; Una vez que haya cruzado el paso tendremos una ceremonia andina tradicional con todo el grupo, luego haremos un descenso al lugar de Huayrapunku (altura 3912 mt-12834 ft) donde tendremos un almuerzo y luego continuaremos hacia el segundo campamento Chaullay (altura 2900 mt-9514 ft).
«En el camino a Chaullay hay varios campamentos de tiendas de campaña y pequeños pueblos diseminados entre las llanuras, y es increíble pensar que hay un puñado de personas locales que viven permanentemente tan alejadas de la sociedad moderna y en esas duras condiciones naturales».
Salkantay Trek Dia 3:
Chaullay – Playa Sahuayo – Hidroeléctrica – Aguas Calientes (distancia 15km – 8 horas de viaje)
Despertamos temprano el día como 6:00 a.m. y desayunamos 6:30 a.m., comenzaremos la caminata en un camino de jungla a la altura de una geografía muy hermosa de ríos entre las llanuras, cascadas y arroyos embravecidos donde podremos apreciar la flora y fauna de este lugar como plantaciones de orquídeas Cacao, café, frutales de coca plátanos papaya, aguacate, granadilla y aves como colibrí, loros y gallo de las rocas, y los pumas son excepcional mente raros, etc en el trek. La vista del valle son suficientes para ocupar su mente durante las 4 horas de caminata hasta llegar al camino la Playa de Sahuayo (2064 mt – 6771 ft); donde tendremos un almuerzo y luego tendremos que tomar un taxi para llegar a la Hidroelectrica (para este transporte el pago es de US $10 extras no incluidos); donde nos encontraremos en el camino con otro Grupo que salió un día antes que nosotros y nos uniremos a este en el camino y luego haremos una caminata a lo largo de las vias del tren a Aguas Calientes para dormir en un Hotel privado.
Salkantay Trek Día 4:
Aguas Calientes – Tour a Machupicchu – distancias 5 km (1 hora ½ de viaje)
Este día comenzaremos muy temprano a las 4:00 a.m. la primera parte del viaje es plana el camino por ½ hora y durante 1 hora se asciende por el camino hacia el Machupicchu donde llegaremos aproximadamente a las 6 a.m. para poder ver y disfrutar el amanecer en Machu Picchu y tener una visita en la ciudadela de Machupicchu con nuestro guía profesional por un promedio de 2 horas de tour y luego tendrá tiempo libre de hacer su exploración personal usted en la ciudadela de Machu Picchu.
«Machupicchu es increible su camino, y ver el sol romper las montañas e iluminar la ciudad inca de piedra es una oportunidad única en la vida para todo visitante en el Peru».
Después de su visita a machu picchu, tiene que hacer un descenso a la ciudad de aguas calientes «pueblo machu picchu» para abordar su tren de regreso a la hora que pueda elegir.
NOTA DE VIAJE A MACHUPICCHU SALKATAY TREK:
Para las entradas a Machu Picchu tienen 3 opciones diferentes de visitar la ciudad inca:
- Primera opción: camino de Entrada a Machu Picchu (esta opción está incluida para todos los tours).
- Segunda opción: camino de Entrada a Machu picchu + montaña Huaynapicchu.
- Tercera opción: Boleto del camino de entrada a Machu Picchu + Montaña Machupicchu.
Las entradas para estas 3 opciones son válidas solo por un día. «Por ejemplo,» es imposible hacer con el mismo Boleto de Entrada un día a la visita de Machupicchu y el otro día a la montaña Huaynapicchu. «Por ejemplo» No se puede hacer con el mismo Boleto de Huaynapicchu y montaña de Machupicchu porque las 3 opciones de entrada a Machu Picchu son claras y específicas.
** Pero si quieres hacer una montaña extra como el camino a la Montaña Huaynapicchu (debes reservar con 4 meses anticipado por la temporada alta de Mayo a Setiembre) o Machupicchu de montaña (1/2 mensualmente anticipado); y también recomendamos tener una noche mas en Aguas Calientes o regreso en tren (esta recomendación tiene tiene tiempo suficiente para visita Machupicchu y hasta Huaynapicchu o machu picchu montaña)
** Horarios de trenes disponibles de Cusco (Peru Rail/ Inca Rail) – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes (machupicchu pueblo):
- Se anticipan entre ½ mes y 1 mes antes de su viaje a machupicchu. Temporada especialmente alta entre los horarios (de mayo a septiembre) de la expedición de tren: distancia de viaje (2 horas x tren) y (2 horas más x bus)..
- 2:30 pm Aguas calientes – tren a Ollantaytambo y luego bus a Cusco. (Llegada a Cusco a las 6:30 p.m.)
- 6:30 pm Aguas calientes tren a Ollantaytambo y luego bus a Cusco. (Llegada a Cusco 10:30 p.m.)

- Para la última hora del tren (9:30 p.m.) las reservas se realizan entre 3 días y 2 días antes del viaj
