Day 1: Trip to Lake Titicaca, Uros, Amantani, and Taquile 2 days
Departure from Puno toward the Floating Islands of the Uros, where visitors learn about the culture and traditions of the Uro-Aymara families. Afterwards, we continue by boat to Amantaní Island, where a local family welcomes visitors into their home to share a traditional lunch and overnight stay.
In the afternoon, there is an optional visit to the ceremonial center of Pachatata. In the evening, guests participate in a traditional celebration with local music, dances, and traditional clothing.
Day 2: Amantaní – Taquile – Puno
After breakfast with the host family, the journey continues to Taquile Island. There, we will enjoy a walk through agricultural terraces and beautiful Lake Titicaca landscapes while visiting the main square and local handicraft shops famous for their UNESCO-recognized textiles.
Visitors will also spend time with a local family and enjoy a traditional lunch. Finally, we return by boat to Puno in the afternoon.
